the demo basically gives you the full game for an hour.  you can do the tutorial area then you're let loose on the rest of the map for a half hour to do whatever you want.

Festival I was going to got canned, so I'm going to sit outside a pub with a bunch of friends tomorrow night and see if we can hear The Stone Roses play in Finsbury Park. Then on Sunday see my mum for the first time in a year down in Kensington, then on Monday, Italy.

This is her 5th 50k (I think?).  She has another next weekend, with 12 miles the day before, and another one in 2 weeks, with 18 miles the day before.  And then a long taper.

State of Decay is great except for when it's super fucking frustrating, like when you are in a mission and the game spawns a feral (super fast, super tough zombie) killing one of your buffed up survivors.  so you take a morale hit from the loss of the mission and a morale hit from losing one of your people.

Ended up running 11 miles this morning. Ran from my house to the marina 5.5 miles away, and then remembered I had to run a mile and a half uphill on the way back. That sucked, but I kept a 9-minute mile pace, which is great for me.
