I might even get Watch Dogs for PS4 if it means I don't have to install/create a uplay account. Yeah, it might be less of a hassle to play games on PS4 than on Steam.

Yes the PS4 has a much better graphics card than the xbox one.  3rd party games will target the lowest common denominator like always.  Sony exclusives might be the prettiest of the bunch, but remember that large gaps in numbers on graphics cards don't mean large gaps in visial effect.

1. That is no different from now. Every pub could hit us with an online pass. Few do.

2. If you DO have used drm in your game you're definitely going up against the message. Which means fewer pubs are likely to do it.

3. Sony didn't build their entire infrastructure around it and required online. So your games will still work 10 years down the line.

Ya I'm waiting a year or two.  The thing is PC gaming seems like its been on the rise thought this whole gen.  My biggest take away has been that this gen is still pretty great and PC gaming is more than adequate for my needs.

I think that if you do use the drm, you're definitely going up against the general message and few pubs will do it. Just like how only the big pubs require online passes. But it definitely seems a good idea to wait. However, I'm pre-ordering a ps4 out of principle for not being dicks.
