You know how games often force you to wiggle the stick when enemies grab you? Well, in Dead Rising 3, you can shake your arms to get them off.

I piss on you and everyone in the thread who said DR3 looks great.

I especially piss on RahX who can't put two and two together.

I especially piss on the developer team who made this and Capcom who okayed it.

Thanks for killing another Himu favorite, cunts.

Capcom can't make anything nowadays without outsourcing to Western devs AKA the only relevant devs.

You can take your now loading wacky jappy infested himu dead rising and shove it.

By it, play the game, treat the whole thing as a rental fee and resell it.  I will furiously backpedal and do this if the RDR sequel is announced as an Xbone One exclusive.

What's there to put together? That they changed the tone to appeal to more people? Yeah, I don't think I ever said they didn't. In fact I've made posts here about how eccentric and wacky games or not what people want, but gritty and "realistic" stuff is in.

I just don't care. The game looked good anyway.

And I'm sure it sucks if you liked the previous style and you should I guess complain about it. But it was your frankly condescending and really obnoxious attack on these "bro" games with violence that was annoying.

i thought it always reached for the CoD crowd :jawalrus

To be fair, it kinda did. That was the intention behind it, a more funny take on zombies that wasn't Resident Evil. It did gain some of the hardcore that probably wouldn't look at zombie games because they were tired of the genre or whatever due to the "wacky-ness" Himuro is freaking out over. But that very thing was also a deterrent or too "lame"/flat to where some people wrote it off. Frankly, dropping the cross-dressing or whatever else and getting a little more serious could be a good thing (preemptive shut the fuck up, Himuro before you meltdown on me) if they focus more on the "everything and the kitchen sink" approach.

And I say that as a DR1-2 fan. The major problem the series had was the strict time-limit adding in the atrocious AI to that just made it a chore to play. The comedy/camp I could take or leave. But whatever. If the main story mode is less a chore to play it's only a good thing.

Don't worry, I won't even bother considering everything I say here is taken out of context and funneled as being a "himu thing of the week" even if it involves a franchise I've been invested in since I first played it in 2007. You won't see me making any arguments or rebuttals since I'm obviously going the wrong way here and now I'm considered the worst bore poster by many. Time to stop debating, and offering my opinion on things, and just enjoy talking about games. Ain't no one got any time for that anymore and clearly, I'm annoying everyone else with my very controversial opinions which are being touted as flavor of the week even if other share them. That's a pretty good indication of how posters feel about me on this forum and it isn't a positive one.

I have no reason whatsoever to continue legitimately discussing or debating anything else on this forum, as discussion is obviously not right for this forum and my way of debating is too abrasive and offensive and I can't help myself. For now on, fly by fly one liner posts will be more apt, and will cause less grievances because it's very hard to give a fleshed out opinion in one sentence, much less manage to contradict myself so people will think it's another Himu "angry beaver" opinion.

Since I have nothing to contribute to this forum without causing a scene (intended or otherwise), I'll go back to lurking to save you the time so you don't have to reply to me.

My biggest concern about DR3 is Nightmare Mode. If they designed the game around the time limits and spaced-out save points, but decided to make that the non-standard difficulty, then it could still be good. If they designed the game to be GTA + Zombie Musou and decided to tack on the core elements of the previous games afterward, then they can fuck right off.

I'll miss the colorful graphics and camp either way, but grimdark is in so what can you do.

Dark Souls and Xcom, the games that keeps on giving. In the form of brutally difficult survival modes. :P

I've no idea if Himu's got me on Ignore, but as he was quoted by Eschaton and Raperman, I ended up reading the "I'm going back to lurking because you're all mean" post.

So, Himumu, if you're reading this: You said, "my way of debating is too abrasive and offensive" -- it's not the debating which is a problem, it's bad-name-calling and shitting on other people's perspective when you demand that they respect yours. It's the same pattern over and over, spewing venom like a piss-spraying lawn sprinkler.

If you can't understand why people are upset, your level of self-awareness and reflection is irresponsibly low.

When you last put me on ignore, you were actually the person who started with insults. I posted that Microsoft was going to get rid of MS points in place of cash and posted a link with a corresponding source. You immediately went and posted "where are you getting your latest hyperbolic garbage now?" which really wasn't hyperbolic, nor garbage, and was highly relevant to the thread topic. Hence the confusion that I insult people, especially you, who pretty much started every confrontation.

You're right in that I'm prone to hyperbole. But I didn't mean anything by posting that in the post. I was just posting a link because I thought it was important. I attacked because to me YOUR post was an attack. Usually when I make posts like that it is on a defensive. I apologize if I offended you with the names and jokes on your age. It was immature and uncalled for. But one thing I learned growing up was to always be on the defensive if someone pulls anything on you and old habits die hard even online.

But you're right I've been more hostile as of late.

I like a nice buzz from having a 9% belgian ale or something like that.

There's a very small sweet spot of drunkeness that I can enjoy while it's happening and if I have another drink, I'll be over the line.  but it eventually has to go away, making me feel like shit, and it goes away pretty quick cause alcohol is super lame like that.

I have lots of "drug experience" in a variety of good and terrible ways, but I still don't understand how people can become alcoholics.
