I like a good steak done rare, a really good cut I'll eat bleu. Steaks one of those things I'll buy when I want to cook a quick tasty meal. New York cut bleu with salad, 10 minutes after work and yr done

Wasn't a big fan of ostrich when I had it... steak I like my NY Strip served medium. Though I like the outer shell to be crispy.

Depends if the chef knows how to make it. Here we are very familiar with it, I often go buy Ostrich biltong at the farm.
