Man, $25 is still a lot for DMC.  On the fence...been wanting to play it.

Will you play it before the holiday sale where it'll be $10?

If yes: buy.

If no: wait.

Yeah magus, grabbed Reus.  Will try it this weekend.

This is Capcom though, so you mean $20 at the holiday sale, maybe.  :(

I'd probably play it in a month after I get done with Tomb Raider/LoU/SMTIV

Will probably grab it.

Stuffed my wishlist with about twenty 0.99c games. I figure if my friends want to gift me something (that i will likely not play for ages) it can rather be cheap and something i kinda want.

Ended up grabbing DmC + DLC and AC3 DLC expansion (I don't even like AC3 but I'm 20 hours into it and planning on going back and finishing it up, so yeah completion makes me want to do the expansion as well ;_;  AT LEAST I'M SKIPPING AC4 [until it's $10 and then maybe I'll end up playing it]).

Got Borderlands 2 + Season Pass at 66% off.

If you want to have "fun" with Borderlands 2, give this a try:

http://myborderlands.com/FourPlayers.aspx

It basically sets your game difficulty to 4 players, regardless of how many are actually joined.

Doesn't that just make the enemies more grindy?  Sounds the opposite of fun.

BL2 is kind of "hard" as it is with just 1 player. You die, and enemies regenerate health.

4 players means that the loot should be scaled as such (the game says loot is better with more people), while the enemies are bullet sponges.

There are more enemy spawns, badass enemies spawn more frequently, they do more damage, and some bosses have more HP. No it's not more "grindy", but you're usually struggling to stay alive instead. I think it's a pretty fun change.

Anyway, it's easy to try it out if you're curious.

So if I have Blood Dragon, should I even bother with Far Cry 3?

I would at like $10-$15 . The outposts are fun, the huge amounts of other pointless activities are not, and the entire package it comes across as a weird cross between Highlights magazine and mass murder simulator. If you just play it for the outposts, radio towers, and story missions though it's pretty neat.

I was wondering the same as bork and what's pushing me to buy FC3 (when it's cheap) is the wing suit.  Gliding around is one of my favorite game things.

you get it in the 2nd half of the game and honestly it is basically a novelty. Hang gliders are actually way cooler and you mess around with those all game.

I have bought more than I have during any other sale because I had a ton of money in my Steam Wallet (I bought a $100 card from Best Buy when I had a deal to get $50 back).

So far:
Batman Arkham Asylum GOTY
Batman Arkham City GOTY
The Witcher 2
Dark Souls
Tropico 4 Bundle

And I would've bought Fallout 3 and New Vegas but I was in Canada and couldn't use my Steam Wallet funds.  :maf

BioShock Infinite is probably worth $25ish dollars I'd say?  I'm still pissed I paid $60 for it, but I did get $30 in Amazon credit that I can use on 2k games digital content, so it's not a total loss I guess.

Kind of annoyed that middle flash deals go through work hours.  Missed Sang & Froid Werewolve hunting adventures for $5 because I didn't get home before 6pm PST.  May have to spend an extra $2 USD to aquire it if it doesn't repeat before the 22nd.
