For like, over a fucking hour now, after I hit "update and restart." This is Surface RT, btw. What are my options? How long should I let this bullshit spin around?

Well, they need to code it and devs don't give a fuck. It's still a beta so give it some time.

I usually bother with betas but don't care here, I can wait 3 months.
