With the exception of Loco Roco, Genesis Collection, and MOH: Heroes, all of these can be found for $20 or less (I bought Activision Hits and GTA at a "2 for $30" Circuit City sale)

wasn't there emulation problems with the Genesis collection?  Or was that just for the PS2.
