Anyone good at the ebay?
« on: July 31, 2013, 06:29:09 PM »
So I sold an item. Xenoblade Chronicles. I shipped it to the buyer a month ago using US priority mail. I got paid. Everything is peachy.

Today, the unopened package arrived at my house with a "Unclaimed. Return to Sender" stamp on it.

Should I do anything like contact ebay/the buyer? Or just chill and see what happens

I kinda want to sell it again, but I feel that might come back to bite me in the ass

Did the buyer rate you?

I think they have 45 days to open a case, so you better wait at least that long. After that, I would just assume that the dude died, and Xenoblade was his final gift to you.

Um... contact the buyer, don't be a tard.

Double check the address you were given with what you wrote.

Basically, buyers have all the rights on ebay.  If they ever wake up and notice they didn't get the game, you're gonna get that money ganked out of your paypal account.  Do the right thing, contact the person and let them know what's up.

Too straightforward, do you have a more complex solution?

Dude sounds young and clueless in the message he sent me. Going to just eat the shipping this time and mail it back.

You'd be surprised. Many adults dont know shit about emails and communication. Especially Nintendo or JRPG fans.

That's because Nintendo is bad at the internets. They can have fans who are unaware of what they're missing.
