It's available in Europe so I'm not sure what's preventing them of releasing it in North America.

Why do I always think "tears are amazing" people are the most annoying people? Like, I don't give a shit about BoF. I thought BoF1 and 2 sucked, haven't played 3 and 4, but 5 is objectively one of the freshest and most progressive and creative rpgs of the last 20 years. But it was obvious there wouldn't be a new BoF after that.

So I'm not in any way attached to the franchise, yet it still saddens me.
