Went to rich people's farmers market this morning, hung out at home for a bit, then went to Whole Foods. Now we're home trying to find something on Netflix.

Boring ass white folk. We even fucked up a high five this morning.

But we did get some crazy pasture raised beef roast from a local farmer at the market though. And got grass fed lamb shanks and beef sirloin from Whole Foods. Mmmm meat

i'd be wary of buying "grass fed" raw meats at any supermarket, half the time it's not grass fed. little known secret thats not suppossed to leave the meat department but fuck them, it's a shitty way to make money.

and ground sirloin is also sometimes ground round...

Yep, there's something called grass fed, grain finished beef, which almost defeats the purpose of having the beef grass fed because most of the benefits of grass fed beef are gone during the grain finishing.

Yes, for a while I worked at a meat department.
