Is it a bank card? If so, you can give them the 1-800 number for your bank.If not, try checking your credit card company's website for their 1-800 number.The reason they ask for it is so that they can call and verify that it's not fraud.

It's a small credit union though, only open to employees of Wilkes-Barre City and their immediate families (my dad is a firefighter for the city). They don't even have an 800-number. Maybe I'll just have someone else order it for me. Thanks!
