oh and it only works if you are on firmware 4.2,4.3 or 4.5

Shows promise. Still, this is largely useless for the US, since most games came out here already. Save the occasional game like Square-Enix games.

We're finally getting some RPGs now in Europe (Soul Hackers and Etrian Odyssey IV in a few weeks), so I'm not in a hurry to get a flash cart.

It's a start, but there's pretty much nothing I can think of that I'd want to import for the 3DS. Even Senran Kagura is coming out over here now.

yep,see how the video shows mario and luigi dream team starting right up? that's because it's the only game that requires firmware 5.1 at the moment while the cart is running on 4.2... they already have a working firmware spoofing

I'm sure Nintendo will find ways to force updates. People always said that about the PSP hacks, that they could always get around the firmware requirements and this would be the last version you need. God knows how many times that these "definitive versions" became outdated in a few months as new games managed to force updates.
