No, not all. A Sony representative (Shuhei Yoshida?) mentioned "almost all" during Gamescom.

It's probably going to be the same with the other next-gen additions (SmartGlass, Kinect, Wii U gamepad). If you force third-party developers to integrate everything you risk losing their support.

Sounds like one of those features that will end up getting dropped a few months into the PS4's lifespan.
