Hard Corps: Uprising, maybe. It's a sequel to Contra: Hard Corps so should be good but balls hard. Of course, Arc System Works (Blazblue/Guilty Gear/Persona 4 Arena) made it so maybe not your cup of tea with art-style and stuff. Download the demo and try it?

Thanks for the recommendation! Unfortunately, I suck at Contra-style games so badly that someone could base a sitcom from it, and it wouldn't need a laughtrack.

SOTN is god-tier, for sure.

What about Perfect Dark? I haven't played the remake but the N64 one was incredible when it came out. Way ahead of its time FPS with bots in a console game.
