there's a guy in upstate new york who makes meads which are amazing. they're not sweet at all and are more crisp like white wines.

I've had what are supposedly world class craft meads (Kuhnhenn from Michigan), still didn't care for them. I'm not a big fan of honey, either. Probably why I don't like mead.
