Oscar was a genius poet and author and I get sad every fucking time I see his bibliography on my bookshelf and how his life, youth, passion, and talent were killed all too before his time due to bigotry and ignorance.

goddamit I'm an idiot. You said bibliography and I thought you meant to say biography, so I was trying to tease ya, thus referencing citation and references. Of course I forget that bibliography also refers to a collection of books. :'(

Yeah what happened to him is still totally wrong no doubt. I know people are down on Dave Sim because he has some uh questionable views but the volume of Cerebus dedicated to the last days of Wilde, Melmoth, is really, really good. It's pretty much standalone too so it's not like you have to read any more of Cerebus to enjoy it.
