HL3, as a single player 12 hour corridor shooter, doesn't fit Valve's current corporate culture.

They're really big on the 'games as a service' ideology and ~~exploiting~~ integrating community work into their products.

COG is right, Steam's UI is pretty 90's. It's not iTunes bad but it's still worse than the other services Joe listed (UI-wise.)

Woah, woah, woah. No way is the redesigned PSN store (pretty to look at, horrible to load) better than Steam. Neither is the X-box Live Marketplace.

Origin's the only one on that list I can say is better than Steam.

Speaking of Steam's UI... redoing the entire stat page and other things with this new update...

Not bad, but man, I hate when UI designers do "minor changes" like that. What is the point?
