Put aliasing on the 3DS game and how far off from the WiiU one is it really? The new game is very much a sequel to the 3DS Mario made on slightly stronger hardware and without much effort made to maximize the rendering power of said hardware and such, c'mon. I'd play it for like $20.
Also Neko Mario.
Yeah. Jokes about Wii U hardware aside, Mario Kart (8?) looks considerably better than 3D World. It's not indicative of what the system can do. Whether the game is rushed, HD is hard, or it's picking up from lesser hardware, whatever. Ideally, hopefully, this is yet another test bed for HD development like Wind Waker. 2014 is The Year of the Wii U, unless it's delayed. 2017 and up are reserved as The Years of the Xbox One, so the clock is ticking.
