Neat.

Derelict space stations, exposed brains and metal tentacle monsters?

Real neat.

2015 is surprising, even with its new engine.  Amnesia came out in 2010 and the newest one was handed off to a different team.  whatever.

Looked kinda tacky to me... We'll see if the brain-jacking or whatever it is will become an interesting mechanic, but so far I'm not impressed.

Played for about an hour. Seems good so far.

I tried to play Amnesia years ago but only got like an hour in. Something about the setting wasn't appealing to me but this seems more up my alley with it being a futuristic alien meets Dead Space vibe going on. I'll post more thoughts as I get further in.

Probably about 75% through the game.

It's an enjoyable one of those these type of games where you walk around in a museum world and discover what happened. I think nearly all of these games are roughly the same and the only real difference is the quality and immersiveness of the story. The gameplay is mostly puzzle solving and in this case playing hide and seek with monsters. So nothing exceptional in that area.

This one is solid in the immersive aspects as its a decent little sci-fi story and most nerds who are into that will be into this. The same general warnings apply. This is a game will you blow through in an evening or two so its better to wait for a sale but like I said, I think its a good one of these type of games. Not especially scary but more slightly weird and slightly artsy meets intellectual.

I like using just one pair of underpants per day, so I'm out.

Oh lawd.

The game got way scarier for me from the underwater section onward. The setting is so good.
