I got myself a hookah (or waterpipe as we call it here) a while ago cause going to the local lounge was getting too expensive over time. Many different flavored tobacco to smoke of. Apple or double apple seems to be the classic choice and its good yeah. I also got melon flavored tobacco and been smoking it for the past few days

Anyone else who likes it?

On the real, I had one for awhile and got bored of it. Too much work and upkeep for flavored smoke.

I used to really love it when they were allowed to serve food in hookah lounges. There was an awesome middle eastern restaurant I went to in Seattle a few times that had it. It's not worth it to me to go somewhere just to smoke it or to hassle with it at home, but it is totally nice to do sometimes.

I agree with the whole feel of a good hookah bar being amazing. Some good shisha, a little something to nosh on like falafel, and a gin and tonic

Way better than getting high, imo.

No joke man. Banana flavored milk is mindblowing. I sometimes drink a whole liter in one go.

Business, got some tips to avoid the tobacco burning up too quickly? It seems like its burns to total black and crusty after just 20 minutes...

I would never go through the trouble of owning and using one, although it is cleaner than cigarettes I suppose. Electric cigarettes are my vice now, especially great if you want to experiment with flavors.

Interestingly enough the vast majority of arab restaurants here sell alcohol. Is there a law against selling infidels booze ?

I've heard the argument that it is allowed if the profits of alcohol sales go to charity, and yeah I think it's also forbidden to serve to another Muslim.

I always do that regardlessly. I also open and shuffle the bowl around from time to time. I think the bowl head may be too small too. Gonna replace that soon.

Once in a blue moon I'll go down to the local hookah lounge. It's a pretty seedy-ass place with some wacky regulars and that's the appeal to me. They have a few oldskool consoles (SNES, N64) set up and a laptop hooked up to a soundsystem where people are free to play whatever they want, I usually troll everyone with annoying rap (or the occasional smooth deep house track). There's also an old bus behind the lounge where people go to smoke pot.

I like orange flavor. There are a bunch of good places in South Florida where you can smoke and chill. With the most haram of drinks included.

Never got around to make some myself. Had a buddy who was a pro at it.
