You are trolling, or speaking from ignorance.
In what way do you think PSN is better, in terms of matchmaking, gathering online friends, chat, etc.?
The store is better, psn+ is better than xbl.
Matchmaking etc i dont remember really but i dont remember big differences when i used to play online really.
Psn looks better too and is quicker it seems.
Everything except download speeds.
Cross game party chat and invites, and matchmaking is also generally worse. You know, the actual shit that matters.
I have no doubt PS4 will be miles ahead of PS3 though
Yeah, I agree that PS4 will have a smarter and better implementation which likely matches all the current XBL features. And as you say, Adm. Viscen (this is THE BORE, shouldn't you be a
"Rear Admiral"?) the cross-game chat is definitely a point, but I think people overlook the Party feature's significance.
Group chat was one thing, but having a Party means not only being able to chat, but being able to move not only from lobby-to-lobby, but also from game-to-game seamlessly, and chatting the whole while. Even if one player has to receive a Title Update, the system handles the disconnect, update, and reconnection to the Party without a hiccup.
Lager, the store might be better under PSN+, particularly since it is the only way to buy something and keep shopping;
background downloads are exclusive to PSN+ last time I checked. The store is probably one of XBL's weakest features; it's difficult to find things even when specifically looking for them. However, I'd argue that the ability to consistently download demo versions of all digital titles is a big advantage over the maybe-maybe-not implementation in PSN's store.
If you're mainly referring to the free games under PSN+, there is little contest: XBL's free games have been pretty anemic.
