I'm playing this thanks to Nintendo's generoisty naïveté. ^_^

(Sorry Iwata, first and last full DD release I get)

Who got it as well? There's no point in hiding in shame, this board is full of pokemans and Animal Crosshit fegs.

I'm 30 minutes in. Still liking how the 3D was made and how it animates, it clearly retains the 2D whimsy. The story far is exactly the type of ridiculous narrative you expect from this series. The new mechanics are interesting but I have a feeling they'll end up being babbified, underutilized, and just shallow. I hope I'm wrong though.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the fact that the demo was actually a heavily altered version of the first case— I was planning on skipping the demo part as fast as possible, but I didnt need to.

I can tell I'll end up being very satisfied with this free product. It's familiar in all the good ways.

Haven't got around to downloading it yet, but I will this weekend thanks to that $30 credit from Nintendo also.

I really want to play this game and I loved it the demo, but there's no way I'm paying 30 bucks for something on that fucking joke of a store. Maybe if there is a sale or something.

Did anyone tell me why this game got the M rating?

There's quite a bit of blood in the first act, and I've only finished Day 1.

I know Nintendo sucks at just about anything online related, but what's wrong with it? I haven't tried buying anything on there yet.

There's no account system. Every purchase is tied to the hardware. If I lost my 3DS my purchase goes up in smoke. Fuck that.

No true account system. Your "account" is your console. No console = no games. Buy a new 3DS? Your only choice is to do a system transfer. You can't re-download like PSN/XBL.

System gets stolen? Broken? You are screwed.

I got it and started it last week, but other stuff kept me from playing it.  It already seems better than Apollo Justice was and the new visuals look great.  Wish there had been a physical release.

Not buying until I can play AAI 2 and/or Nintendo fixes their DRM/online systems.

Which means I'm probably waiting a good 10 years for a 3DS emulator to play it.  :'(

AAI2 isnt happening - wait for a translation or dont bother

Nintendo fixing their DRM/online is a possibility... but be real, it probably isnt anytime soon.

I say watch a playthru on YT, or begrudingly buy it. If it comes out in retail, buy it again. :yeshrug

AAI2 is getting a fantranslation,currently it only fan translate the first 2 case but they said they want to do them all
