Which PS4 game should I waste Gamestop credit on?

After preordering BF4 PS4, I have $65 in credit left at Gamestop, which is exactly the price of one game. That game was going to be Watch Dogs, but we all know what happened there. Since this is pretend money, I have no attachment to it, therefore I figure I can just blow it on whatever and not give much of a shit.  Help me waste these imaginary dollars I cannot spend anywhere else.

I say wait a few days for impressions before getting any.  CoD, AC4, and NFS are releasing earlier on 360/PS3 anyway.

Killzone looked surprisingly good in the recent videos.  It comes down to how much of the game is the dull looking point to point shooting from the February demo, and how much is set in a large levels with different objectives and approaches.

Unless AC4 is like - a HUGE step up from the current stuff - pass on the multi platform stuff.

slow-mo, shield, and complete lack of any recoil are weak, yeah.  but the drone distraction, magic ziplines, and seeing through walls are cool.  again, it depends on how much of the game is open.  In one video killzoneguy sends his drone to distract a group of enemies, sneaks around them, and takes the group out.  I like that, although it's sort of sad that flanking is noteworthy in a shooter.

Better yet: Have you bought Premium for that? Because you should since that won't go on sale for consoles and is $55. BF3's was sort-of worth it for the savings in the map packs alone, so it should be the same thing the second time around.

Eel and I are basically in the same boat... we built mid level gaming pcs in late 2010, and both plan on updating next year after some new shit has been out for a bit.  In the meantime, Eel is planning using his PS4 to keep current on games, and I'm planning on playing a fuck ton of P&D, Path of Exile, Hearthstone, Hex, and Diablo 3.

I'll keep playing PS3 games until there are actually PS4 games that interest me. I'd rather not get sucked into hype and "ooh new shiny!" for the sake of hype and "ooh new shiny!"

I kind of want to play Infamous.  But, it's not a launch game and a good rule of thumb for new consoles is wait until there are at least 3 games out on it you want to play (that you can't play on your pc, obviously)

It's cool to hate on them these days, but the most fun of those will be COD Ghosts. The one with the most longevity among those will be COD Ghosts.

I'd probably go with NFS as the next best choice, but only because you're already getting BF4.

You're probably better off saving your credit towards something else.

Thread over, traded in GTAV for $42 towards AssCreed, paid off the rest from the $65 credit, used the leftover credit for Killzone and paid the $21.38  difference in cash.

I'm all in on this motherfucker, kids. All in.
