Seriously WTF. Hearthstone team team was talking about balancing the game and how they would introduce new features of the game in a way that wont alienate gamers/casuals/thrifty gamers alike. Diablo 3 team talked nothing about balancing, they were talking about new features, adventure mode. I am convinced that the diablo 3 team cannot balance the game and that i will be stuck with firebats(fire spin) and sheep on my witch doctor.

Looks like they are not even remotely concerned about balancing the game. I am so much more impressed with the Hearthstone team its not funny.

I want to be able to think "hey I can really mix and match my skills" in Diablo 3. There are definitely top teir skills and that sucks. Hearth stone is trying to balance every single card one by one as well as every single class. Truly makes a tear to my eye how dedicated they are to that. Diablo 3 seems even worse than WoW where they took years to nerf death knights.

I guess that's the way the game design is these days. One skill does 500% weapon damage the other skill does 250% in virtually the same range. Awesome choices people.

To be fair you cant bunch Blizzard all into one. It is like saying all Nintendo is good or bad, you have to go on a team by team basis it seems. Hearthstone and HotS is the last time i dare hope for some balance from Blizzard. I mean with WoW 3 they nerfed EVERYTHING instead of balancing skills. Diablo 3 they did the same. I guess that is what sells these days.

Diablo is not, has never, and will never be a game like wow where "balance" is integral. Fuck off with that shit. The game is about killing monsters for loot.

Now, at exceedingly higher difficulties when playing for greater rewards, you're going to get funneled into a couple of different viable builds due to what's the most efficient, survivable, etc.

You haz a sad because you have to play a WW barb or a CM/archon wizard to beat bosses/elites on MP 10 instead of your own wonderfully unique, beautiful snowflake of a build that you thought up ALL ON YOUR OWN? Oh you poor fucking baby.

WTF are you on about. I am playing on MP10 easily with my build on about paragon 34. I am raping everything with it. There is no variety for builds for high level play. How many hellfire rings have you made?

God you are an idiot. So instead of balancing skills in high level play so that you can variety and challenge they just nerf enemies because they believed it was too hard. Wait a second they nerfed shit again? I was talking about the nerf before they introduced Monster Power. It was actually hard before that when they first launched. Inferno mode was actually harder than MP 10, Diablo was actually hard on that shit so was the Act 2 boss.
