And speaking of which, how do you guys usually do this: do you order everything package it and send it, or just order a couple of stuff from different places and have them arrive at different times?

One year when my grandma was out of town and my grandpa was left to do the shopping, I got a water pick for my 14th birthday. I think I did a really good job of being gracious.
