I missed this. What we call "Tahini/Tahiniah candy" or "Rahash" is indeed a unique sweet flavor-wise and texture-wise. And this is probably one of the most popular and my personal variation of it (flaky). As the name suggests, it's made from sesame flour/seeds just like regular Tahini. To a lot of people it's a core element of a traditional breakfast, some eat it with scraps of pita bread, others simply in a sandwich. Get a taste of it and pair it with whatever you like.
