Watched for a bit. Resogun looked fun. Killzone looked kinda lame honestly. The sound seems very barren also.

Streaming is a little chunky. It's not doing it at 720p which is the minimum level imo for that stuff to be acceptable. Maybe they can patch that up later.

When you're in a game you hit the Share button then choose "Broadcast". There you choose UStream or Twitch. Then you'll be prompted to log in with your Twitch credentials.

I'm just getting a blue screen when I hit broadcast :/ ...and can't back out of it

Twitch is more widely used obvs. But from the few streams I've seen, UStream has better quality. That's probably because it's not used as much.

Yeah, the store moves quicker now like the Vita but now that it's smooth it just shows how much the store needs another complete redesign. It really, really sucks lol

I tried it out just to try it out. It seems to work well. I care more about exporting video and pictures, which is a bummer since it's limited to Facebook and it failed to connect every time I tried.

The page where you have a list of what other people are playing is cool. I tried to find fistful there, but I couldn't find a way to sort by friends, but then I realized that fistful hasn't accepted my request :'(

Go to your Twitch page profile and then go to "Past Broadcasts". However if you just signed up for an account then archive is turned off, you have to turn it on.

it's all presets. Mine is set to "High". I imagine it'll improve over time.

I think I'll try UStream in a bit because from what I've seen, the quality is better.

I assume the Twitch stuff is fairly last minute which is why the quality isn't there. UStream has been in since the start.

It wouldn't surprise me if the Xbox can stream to Twitch in 720 at least.

Yeah I assume that's something they can adjust later. Only interested in this stuff because I started streaming on my PC just a few weeks ago so it took me awhile to discover the proper settings for my level of CPU.

Yes that is smoother and sharper than your twitch stream. I would guess 720p. If its not its a really really sharp 480. But I think its 720. Graphics are kind of less in Flower than other games so its a little hard to tell the resolution difference.

edit: No that is definitely 720. Looks nice.

Shame more gamers don't use USTREAM.

edit 2: On second thought I can't really tell if its 480 or 720 but either way it looks better than the twitch stream.

iirc they claimed the PS4 versions runs 1080p60fps. my experience: in a full bot match, the frame rate was bad and there's tearing. online wasn't working last night to see if that's any better. I have a video of it saved on my PS4 that I can't upload with PSN down.

Hey fist do you lose frames when you stream on the PS4? On my PC its definitely a hit and if I record the game locally on my second hard drive at the same time its a double hit.

I believe PS4 has a second chip to handle all the video stuff to avoid that. So, you cannot simultaneous stream video and use remote play (stream video from PS4 to Vita) because it's already in use.

Coolest feature about the xbox one is that it automatically records a short clip when you get an achievement.

I did the tutorial for each faction, then one racer mission beyond that. Bought a car, upgraded it, customized it. I like it a lot.

NFS looks great. I've played quite a bit of the Criterion Hot Pursuit and enjoyed it. This looks like a good improvement.
