All the stuff they talked about with other players being in your game and stuff just 'happening' seems to be legit. Races, hot pursuits, etc all just dynamically start and mesh together. Pretty cool.

Last night I figured out the problem with Blacklight is that it needs to download a separate patch inside the game. I don't remember how F2P games worked on PS3, but it seems like here they operate in their own sandbox. and online, simple 4v4, performance was still rough. Unlocked frame rate but rarely hits 60.

and there needs to be an easier way to view a friend's stream on the ps4 itself.

Wait, a thread on GAF with concerned sfegs are reporting that Albert and Nelson has been dodging questions about the availability of Twitch streaming for the xbone day 1. Many are suspecting it'll be a 2014 feature (with the viewing app being there day 1).

That's the thing though, you've linked to the pre-E3 announcement, they touched up on during the presentation then... nothing. A lot of people has been asking questions ever since, especially after reports of the OS' half-bakedness, with no official word.

fistful has satiated my KZ and Warframe thirst, so maybe you can stream NFS, Reso, or BF4.

I'm enjoying this too much and will be piggybacking everyone's streams until I buy my machine next year.

Ok I will start with stage 5 of Resogun and move on to NFS.

My friends will probably come on in 40 minutes or so and then it will be BF4 or KZ.

I hope sony sees how popular this is and adds it into the PS Vita TV (no idea how feasible that would even be)

Redesign it for NA and Europe if you have to (by putting a camera connection on the back and whatever extra hardware it needs). Probably not going to happen though

I tried to watch Fistful's stream on my PS4 this afternoon of NFS but for some reason it would just give me a still frame + audio.

Also tried watching random people's streams and the quality was terrible. Like 320x240 resolution or something. Am I doing something wrong?

It's a shame you can't export to USB, and youtube support isn't ready yet, so Facebook is the only option for now.

quality is solid and a big (big big) plus over the PS4 is that it archives your streams. and unless you guys aren't seeing chat comments, it's nice that it doesn't include it in the stream. PS4 streams what the player is seeing, so gameplay is ~80% of the screen and the rest is grey space with chat comments/player's face. it's a strange oversight/limitation.
