I'm going to import Ryu Ga Gotoku Ishin and Sengoku Musou 4. Both look dapper.

Sengoku Musou 4 in particular has me going Hopefully they don't fuck it up like they did with Dynasty Warriors 8 which is but since Samurai Warriors is the superior franchise, I doubt they will.

It's very similar. I'm only in the very beginning. It has a job system and less bullshit than any of the other modern FF games.

Did you play Final Fantasy: Dimensions on the iOS by any chance?

Only the free demo and I didn't like it. It felt like a cheap fan-made remix using old assets.

I didn't really see anything in the gameplay demo that looked too far beyond what the previous gen could pull off. PC version will obviously reign supreme, though.

-MUSOU MANIA IS RUNNING WILD with Sengoku Basara 4 PS3, Sangoku Musou 7+XL PS4, and Sengoku Musou 4 PS3/Vita coming out in the first few months of the year, right off of the new Gundam Musou's release later this month.     I used to not be as big into these games but now I'm buying them all.  Something happened in 2013 where musou games just got even more awesome.  It's not really a musou game, but Koei's Toukiden is also a lock for me.

-I know I'll be getting Ultra Street Fighter IV, but that's not until June which just feels so far away.  The PC version isn't until August. 

-Watch Dogs is a maybe.  If I can be suckered into buying Ass Creed IV, I'm sure I'll end up getting that too.

-Is Persona 5 even coming out in English next year?

-Bayonetta 2 might make me get a Wii U.  Trying not to fall into this trap.

-Titanfall is a lock- on PC anyway.  Would I get an Xbone for it if all my friends do that?  Maybe.  I'd be way more interested in an Xbone SKU without Kinect for $399.

-Might get One Piece Romance Dawn for 3DS.

-Will get Infamous for PS4.  I got the first two games for free when I bought a PS3 super slim but have never tried them.

-Probably will get Ragnarok Odyssey ACE for Vita.  Hope it has cross-play with PS3.

-Planning on getting South Park: The Stick Of Truth.

-Yaiba Ninja Gaiden Z?  No idea on this.

-Likely will get that Jump battle royal fighting game on PS3 or Vita. 

-Already imported BlazBlue Chrono Phantasma.  March release, lol.  2014 is all about Guilty Gear Xrd anyway.

I mean, what's the release date for the game? All I can find is "winter 2014" for Japan.  We haven't seen any in game footage or whatever yet.  If there's ANY sort of delay or difficulty with the game, you seriously think they're gonna be able to get it to ship to all regions in 2014?  I'm just happy knowing that it exists and I'll get to play it eventually.  (and also that I won't have to buy another console to do so- my PS3 purchase is looking smarter by the day. holla!)

Only super exciting 2014 game for me is MGS Prologue and Persona 5 at the end of the year.

Evil Within could be cool because Mikami, but we know so little about it and when the hell it's coming out (2014 even?)

FFXV, Bayonetta 2, X, MGSV, Uncharted 4, Super Robot Wars Z3, Fallout 4...are all probably 2015.   2014's looking to be a pretty slow year with 2015 being lots of killer titles.  I'm sure there'll be fun stuff in 2014, but I expect it to be mostly "good fun" and very few must-have games.
