I used to have trouble sleeping too, things that I think put an end to it:
-relationship Im happy in
-working full time
-no more college irregular sleeping patterns, errday I go to bed between 2200/2300, maybe on friday or saturday I stretch it to 2400. But why stay up later, might as well get up early if you wanna do stuff. Get up everyday at 0630/700, weekend 0800/0900 max.
