Definitely. The entire thing is absurd. I wish we would take a note from Canada and outlaw them for jobs in general but it will never happen due to the money involved. I should be able to smoke a joint and not be fired for it 3 months later because of a drug test. It's absurd. Not saying I have, but it's a clear obstruction on personal rights and privacy. I haven't smoked since February because of it. It's like not being able to drink because your job screens you with a breathalyzer every day that monitors if you've drank in the last few weeks - months and getting fired over it.
I cannot believe the lack of conservative uproar about it.
Hell, I don't know why conservatives in general seem to support the drug war beyond racism.
