Question for Steambros
« on: February 20, 2014, 06:11:02 PM »
So I installed some games on an external HDD to play on my tablet. I want to move one of them back to internal storage. It's Fallout 3, and I've installed some mod/tweaks. What's the easiest way to move the game back to the internal Steam folder? I don't want to have to reinstall and go through all that bullshit mod/tweaking again, and I'm worried verifying game cache files will fuck up my modding.

Copy and paste (not Cut and paste) it back to main harddrive and verify game, then overwrite the verified version with the copy that is still on your external harddrive.

As you can see I am really paranoid about steam fucking up my modded Bethesda games. :shaq
