Some points:
-Same basic gameplay is intact from the previous games
-Items used in the field are automatically restored when you return to town [these items are equipped in a limited number of slots]
-Lots of returning character from Atelier Ayesha
-Japanese voices this time, unlike with Ayesha
-Tasks are segmented into 4-month periods, with a main task and about twenty secondary tasks
-Monthly stipend based on your performance
-Collecting enough items and fighting enough monsters in the field give you a randomly generated event [finding a rare item, fighting a strong monster, ect.]
If you liked the previous games in the series, there's no reason why you won't also like this one. If you didn't like it before, you still won't like it.
