with non-backlog, non-mobile stuff?

Was trying to see what the next couple years of new gaming is looking like for me for my interests and I came up with this:

Quote
2014
X360/Vita/PSP/3DS - Nothing, already playing Persona Q.

PS3
---
Persona 5
Tales of Zestria

Wii U
---
Bayonetta 2

PS4
---
The Evil Within
Destiny
Driveclub
Guilty Gear X3rd
ACV
LBP3...maybe

XB1
---
Sunset Overdrive
Halo Collection...maybe

PC
---
Indie stuff - Cuphead/Shovel Knight/Hotline Miami 2

2015
---

PS3
---
Super Robot Wars Z3-2

Wii U
---
X Cross
Kirby Canvas 2

PS4
---
Batman AK
The Order
Bloodborne
Uncharted 4
MK X...maybe
MGSV PP

XB1
---
Halo 5
Phantom Dust

PC
---
Witcher 3
Tomb Raider 2
Lara Croft Isometric 2
Indie stuff

I dunno.  2014 looks really boring unless Assassin's Creed V really reboots the franchise and turns it amazing, Bayo 2 lives up to Bayo 1 despite not-Kamiya, or import Persona 5 is worth the wait (maybe, maybe not).  There's stuff to play, but I feel like I'm going to have more fun getting through backlog games for a lot of this year.  2015 looks better and actually pretty fun across the board, nothing really mind-blowing but for people into gaming as a hobby it looks like there will be a lot of fun to be had and if MGS5 PP doesn't make it out this year someone is getting slapped.  Hopefully 2016 has some really interesting standout titles.  Maybe if we get KH3 then or Crackdown 3 w/Red Faction Guerrilla destruction :P

Yeah, I'm not getting an Xbone in 2014 but I like keeping track of the games I'm interested in so when there's enough of them I'll get the system.  Probably get one in 2016 for Crackdown 3 if it's good like #1 and not terrible like #2 + Kamiya game.  Forza Horizon 2 would be a push since I love arcade racers but I hated the first one so much and this looks like more of the same (sim playing arcade racer yawwwn).  Sunset Overdrive looks fun though.  Hope it's still playable with a dead community in 2016.

Samurai Warriors 4 and Warriors Orochi 3 for PS4 for sure.  This is probably the best year for Musou games ever.  I'll probably even get Hyrule Warriors.

I have too many games to play as is.  :-\

Will still grab the new Civ and random indie trash that's 75% off.

Still in backloggery so sticking with 3ds/x360/pc, though no doubt I will eventually get a Wii U and PS4.

2014:

? Nothing that hasn't come out already - currently Vanquish challenges, USFIV and Dark Souls replay + dlc, think I'm going to pass on Souls 2. Two Souls games was enough this gen. Also Titanfall: poors edition.

2015:

MH4U
Bloodborne
Battlefront (lol maybe?)
MGSV
Star Citizen - I've already 'purchased' this, but won't play it until I have an oculus rift.
All the Wii U stuff I missed out on and buy 2nd hand at cut rate prices

since you've kindly laid it out

2014:
Evil Within
Smash Bros (maybe)

I think the only game I bought this year was infamous.  2015 seems much better, partly because everything interesting this year was delayed.

Plan is the same as it ever was, Pokemon + Monster Hunter.

Smash, Bayo, and X can fill in the gaps. Evil Within when I score a PS3.

2014 - this year is mostly backlog for me (as I'm trying to tackle the Suikoden, Grandia, BOF and Wild Arms games I missed, which are quite a bit)... Smash and Bayo 2 are my musts, Xillia 2 is on the list but I haven't even gotten around to the first Xillia yet... Trails in the Sky 2 for PC would be nice but XSEED has been fairly quiet on that front. Cosmic Star Heroine too, as well as whatever surprise indie games come out that look good.

2015 - Xenoblade X is by far my most wanted game since its announcement. Witcher 3 and Persona 5 should round out the 'super long-ass RPGs that will take me months to beat' list. Is the Planescape sequel 2014 or 2015?

Not to mention the indie games, kickstarters, and various :uguu Vita games.

If I have enough cash I will buy a PS4 next year for the Order and Uncharted 4.

2014 looks amazing for PC with Beyond Earth, Heroes of the Storm and more Hearthstone. When is Hotline Miami 2 out?

On the PS3 I still need to play South Park once I find it cheap.

I'll probably try and pick up a used Wii U sometime this year for my nieces. They can play Mario Kart and use the Tablet for Netflix and whatnot. I'll use it every once in a while for stuff like Bayo and Xenoblade.
