Is the stuff in Legendary Edition worth it while playing the main game?  Or can I just buy the $5 Skyirm and after I beat it play the DLCs?
The DLC's are essentially two additional maps and main questlines, along with a minigame where you can build a bigger house than is available in the base game in Hearthfire. So...no, not required to enjoy the base game, but imo, playthroughs with all the DLC installed adds a lot of variety to an already really dense game.
is there a way to return Steam games
:tocry

I just assumed the Legendary version wouldn't get a sell that put it within the range of $10, which is what the original game was at last night. Now the Legendary version is $13.

oh well, by the time I beat the OG Skyrim I'd imagine the expansions will be cheap as hell anyway.
Sitting at a combined $22.49 right now and I realy doubt they'll drop anymore until ESVI comes out in ~2018.

Just bought Stanley Parable, finna get into this first person, fully VA'd night terror excellence.

Should have jumped on The walking Dead Season 2, but it's bound to reappear.
It's still on sale for another 18 hours.

All the daily deals last for 48 hours.

On a Steam sidenote, I really wish Wolfenstein ET could get put on Steam. It would no doubt revive the player base to a degree, since it's pretty complicated to download the game/patches now. And it might even lead some people to create a HD update for the game, which I've dreamed about for ages.

It's actually pretty good for installing mods, like for HL and Civ IV, just one click and it takes care of it.

No one really wants to craft.  :lol It's why one team is completely lop-siding the others. When you're able ot craft point steals, it's like "well why should we craft?" Team mechanic was stupid. I really wish they'd just do random chance of a Steam user instead of these "oh well some people in your group" targeting. :-\

Bought 7 Days to Die (yeah, I don't know, either), Pac Man DX All You Can Eat Edition, and Age of Mythology EX

Shooting for Baldur's Gate 2 for $6.25, maybe The Forest if it goes on sale, then I think I'm done for real.

It's the extended edition on steam which adds some new content. Can't currently use many of the mods created for the original, though.

If you own either of the Metro games on Steam you can get 50% off the Redux versions. Saves like seven bux on 2033 and five on Last Light. (If you want it at launch or nearby instead of waiting for sale on it.)

edit: Never mind, it's indeed just backed up. They just took several hours to show up.

Metro Last Light Redux doesn't really seem worth it. With 2033 Redux, it's getting upgraded to the newer version of the engine they used for LL, so that might be kinda worth it, but the improvements to LL are a bit more subtle. I mean, from the description you're basically getting:

Quote
Fans of the original game will notice new features and gameplay improvements, including new melee animations, the ability to check your watch and ammo supplies on the fly, and new full-body player animations.

You want me to pay $12.50 for this? :gurl

Battleblock is $3.74 alone, but if you buy the publisher bundle (comes with BBT & CC), it's only $2.49. I thought I was being smart by buying BBT at $3.74 and waiting for the 90% off sale on CC.

Gabe proved me STUPID.

CC bundle is $1.13 per duder, if that's what you were asking.

It's linear horror made for cheap scares.  I played like 45 mins and it was fine, but a lot of people dislike it.  Enemies teleport and defy game logic just to BOO scare you.

I never played the DLC for blacklist so I don't know if its worth it or what it is. But it looks like the deluxe edition is only $2.50 more than the standard edition which is at 7.49.

As far as story Blacklist is a continuation of conviction but everything is self contained enough that it doesn't really matter. You aren't missing a great story from conviction.

Both games are very different gameplay wise from the early splinter cell games but I think blacklist justifies itself where as conviction doesn't.

Yeah, I played all the SC games and enjoyed them all even with their flaws until Conviction came out and the demo really soured me.  Never played Conviction and bailed on the series, but everyone says Blacklist is SC back on track so I'm gonna give that one a shot.  Still kind of sour that Conviction-homeless-fighter-edition never saw the light of day...
