Become a PM :)

Haven't written a line of code in two years, nor have I cared about this week's emerging web technology.

Learning new tech and concepts is cool (at least if it's not something where there's nothing actually new or different from stuff I already know but all the terminology is different), it's the hype/politics/strategery/soap opera around it that  :fbm

You write everything is c/c++ and when someone says `business solution' you whip out your weenier and pee in their face.

This will keep you out of all kinds loops.  Not the prison loop though.

Depending on your skill set PM and scrum is where you should aim to get too. That's what I'm trying to do right now. It's hard due to my limited education, but if you have the skills and can back them up it's worth the struggle.

I have a lot of respect for good PMs - especially because they have to put up with all kinds of BS from developers, designers and biz management - but no way do I wanna be one  :lol

Shit's hard, for sure.  I love interacting with our developers and designers, but clients?  Fuuuuuuuuck.
