There's a lot of great songs in MMX, but after listening to them over and over on my iPod, Sigma Fortress Stage 2 became my favorite. It gets my vote.

Man it's a tough one, there are only three bad tracks on there, sigma 3, 4, and boomer...

storm eagle is awesome, sigma 2 is awesome, spark is awesome...

i've beaten every megaman X honestly about 25 times, and X3 I probably beat around 50 times.

I'm thinkin I might consider doing one of those "speed runs" to post on youtube or something.

wait wait I take that back..

I beat X1, 25 times, X2 25 times, and X3 ~50..

X4, X5, and X6 only a few times..

I think X6 very few because I remember it being pretty tough..

I remember one day I was playing Mega Man X and I beat every one of the robot masters using just the regular gun without charging it up. And I made sure not to use rapid fire either, I had to wait until the little pellet either hit the boss or went off the screen before I fired the next shot.

those are the exact sounds that came out of your tv when playing mmx. These are the converted .spc's albeit a low bitrate they are exactly the same.

I love how when you beat Storm Eagle his spaceship crashes into Spark Mandrill's power plant, shattering the tubes that sparks fly down so you don't have to deal with them and also causing rolling blackouts.

And beating Chill Penguin's stage got rid of the lava in Flame Mammoth's stage.

And beating Launch Octopus flooded Sting Chameleons stage helping you to make tricker jumps. So cool.
