I followed the first link on google to the 1936 one, so that was what I intended. I think those rights sections are basically the same in both though.

My favorite rights are the first one and the later ones:

It's probably better just to let this post be and not respond, but I responded to you way back when that I didn't ban anyone in the Community thread for talking about video games. Here was my post here on that day before Footie GAF got shut down.

I didn't ban him. I almost never ban people for arguing with me because I know it looks super petty. But I'll also note that despite what typically goes on in the more loosely moderated community threads, they're still on the forum. I get that they feel tucked away in the corner, but people get banned all the time in Community for treating it like an IRC channel or a thread like this off-site where you're free to whine about the site/moderation.

I guess I could argue to have the ban undone, but I won't because his argument was terrible and the guy had been banned several times previously for what I might describe as "lacking empathy" (quotes employed because that's what I was being accused of for asserting that one can't bully a commercial product).

But I thank you for your concern Mr Gilhaney.

I also didn't close the thread or argue to keep it closed. I did have a hand in a few of the bans issued within the thread, but they were all clear cut instances of people calling out the site and moderation, which -- and I guess you can call us thin-skinned if you want -- is not something that's ever been tolerated. I mean, it's one thing for people to say "I don't know if I understand why so and so was banned." It's another thing to say "this site has gotten worse and worse over the years and the moderation is terrible" while on the site.

I mean, it's fine if I have to be the heel here because it's not like I was a member of that community or friendly with anyone there (I don't even know who you are on GAF to be honest). So it's fine if my word isn't to be trusted since I'm a shitty mod and a shitty person. But for whatever it's worth, I didn't kill FootieGAF.
