Or 20 years old at least, whatever. Massive Attack's "Protection" turns 20 this month.

Portishead's "Dummy" turned 20 last month but I was too flabby and sick to notice.

I guess I'm the odd ball. I can't get high off of stuff I've already heard 100 times before. I need that new music (that sounds slightly like the stuff I used to love).

First time I heard Portishead was when they played 'Only You' on SNL. Sooo goood.

Those albums are both fantastic. I haven't listened to Portishead in the last five years; time to remedy that.

I used to stay up to 4 am reading comics listening to "Dissolved Girl" "Man Next Door" and "Black Milk" off Mezzanine in high school. Mezzanine and Dummy are Top 3 albums for me. Deftones' White Pony being the third. Never get tired of these albums.

Not on any of those albums but this song is also my favorite shit in the world. Absolutely adore the video too. Even Massive Attacks b-sides and throwaways were killer:

I have spent entire nights just listening to this song on loop. Then I'll go like a year without seeing or hearing it only for it put me in my feelings again real quick.

If I could live in the tone/atmosphere of a song or video...I wouldn't be able to decide between Live Wth Me above, and these two songs:
