I could see myself getting a PSTV simply because it's much cheaper than a Vita and there's zero chance of me ever getting a Vita, but I'd be down to play a couple of games on that system. Also I only have about 15 things in my house that can play Netflix and I really want another one.

It's $100 cheaper, sure...

...but it doesn't play a lot of the Vita games.

Uh...yeah.  And like Oscar said, it might be an even smaller list than the amount of games that Japan supports.  This isn't something you should buy if you are solely looking to play Vita games, no matter how cheap.

And yet there's people all ready to buy one just to play P4G on a TV.   

I'm picking one up mainly to fuck around with and for video/PS4 streaming.  It will be nice to be able to play PSP games full-screen, too.

Yeah, full screen psp games are tempting. Still remember the disappointment when I bought the tv cable for the psp. Poor system could only cover 1/3rd of the tv screen :'(
