Unless they seriously haven't learned to move their stuff in the even of flooding (which is possible due to Fukushima being so damn close to the shore AND storm surges of hurric--"typhoons") color me doubtful that they won't have another nuclear problem on their hands. Especially with the way TEPCO has been fucking up since Fukushima.
