The definition of trolling has absolutely metamorphosed into something way more complex than it was say 10 years ago. Nowadays it can be used as a convenient excuse for THICK AS SHIT posts, for example ZephyrFate says something like "Shit bro, it's awesome that young impressionable boys are being shown grown men ass-fucking in Spartacus, as it means that I'll have more sweet milky buns to exploit!" And a sensible wise handsome poster calls him out on his crypto-gay propaganda by saying something along the lines of "Shit bro, are you being thick or is that just an elaborate troll?"
