Heroes of the Storm alpha

Finally got in to the alpha, I havent been a big fan of Dota 2 (put in like 40 hours before quitting) but as this is Blizzard Im curious to see if its any better/more accesible.

Impressions to follow.

Anyone here dabble in it so far?

I played it months ago. No thanks. I can't see how you'd get into this if you couldn't get into DOTA2, but who knows? At least there are different maps.

Its pretty damn good, prob the most fun I had in a dota game. That said teamwork is still key and if you are a noob or play with noobs you wont win.

The maps have fun mechanics in them. No items is really a plus.

Game was so bad when I played it months ago that when they borked my install I didn't even bother reinstalling. Game is trash so of course the Blizzard fan boys will lap it up.

"Strife" the the best of the accessible dota 2 type games.  No need to use money on wards, lane share gold and a small portion of the solo lanes gold goes to everyone.  The mechanic of the games version of Roshan is fun too.

This game is really nice, just  a shame for all those people not going for map objectives that are crucial to winning. Who cares about how many people you kill if you lose :(

So if you play football with a few guys and some of them are dickheads that don't pass and just shoot from halfway the pitch it's because footballs design is inadequate?

Or maybe they are just clueless dicks you know.
