So after what happened with Lampard and FFP and also to avoid further Esch trolls, I doubt I'll be supporting NYCFC next mls season. Prolly won't support anyone or watch the Red Bulls or something.

NYCFC FB page posted about Lampard scoring today :rofl

He's going to finish out his contract even if we end up not qualifying for the CL these next couple years breh. I do feel sort of bad for him though, people have been harassing him face to face and even if he isn't getting the most out of the club that a manager could he's still a legend. disgraceful.

he def. needs to splash the cash on a CB and DM soon. Preferably one with the atmosphere of a leader. Getting pathetic watching Flamini do his le petit dictateur act :ufup

iirc he said he wants another midfielder and striker....

And my other team of sure league winners aren't doing too hot either, 8 points behind in the Danish league, it's hard to be a glory hunter these days.  :snoop

Palermo are doing pretty damn good all things considered though, Dybala.  :whew

good to see moyes' take an old fashioned english rear guard action to that league of fancy footed ponces. hope he achieves his dream of filling la real with english loanees and underachievers and it resembles some colonial penal outpost to fight off the dirty iberian hordes.

Didn't know spielverlagerung has a separate page for their english texts now, wanted to post this http://spielverlagerung.com/2014/11/21/the-problem-with-english-football/ article for a while. Their writing is not the best, but they write very deep tactical analyses. Obsessed in a positive way. 11tegen11 is also great, liking his expG over 90 minutes charts.

They don't dislike Wilson, I'm fairly certain they're big fans of inverting the pyramid. Just used it as an illustration of a problem.

And if you think that article is asperberger level stuff, you haven't seen their really longs texts yet...

Imo their biggest strength is their biggest weakness as well. They ignore basically anything that is not tactics which often leads to overinterpretation. On the other hand their articles are free of armchair pychologism which seems to make up most mainstream articles and is most often pure speculation to create a story.
