Anyway, I feel pretty good about Monaco today. Now watch Berbatov drop a brace on us at home, fuck.

I just don't see Neverkusen putting up much of a fight against Best Madrid. Maybe they'll get an opportunity for Free Kick Hakan to do his thing.

monaco are a solid, boring team who are allergic to pressing and arsenal have got more tools than most to break down a parked bus. you should find it relatively comfortable for all the same reasons that someone like basel would be a nightmare.

Can't believe what Giroud missed. 2 goals SERVED for him. Monaco playing Arsenal like they're FC Metz.

the FA should really start thinking about refballing some different teams in to the CL spots.

Yea, like I said earlier, not surprised. This  same thing happens pretty much every time Arsenal play Chelsea, just in more humiliating fashion and frequently.

The Premier League is fun to watch but :heh no team has any chance in europe. Spurs and Liverpool probably going to fall out of Europa too. Only team that has a chance is Chelsea, if they park the bus and get lucky.

it's all cyclical. 05-08 was fun for english teams in the CL.

He nailed it. I still can't believe Wenger neglects Walcott and gives Welbeck more playtime.

Giroud today reminded me of Balotelli. Can't finish, just kinda there with no real presence or posing a threat with his runs. Both of his huge chances came from significant efforts from teammates (especially the Sanchez one where he beautifully dribbled past Monacos left back) and he can't even tap it in for shit. Yall need to get Jackson Martinez asap and get rid of all the frauds or those who are simply not capable enough.

There's a reason I call Giroud the king of donkeys. Dude can't produce or make runs. Occasionally he'll make a header or donkey one in clumsily but he's just not very good beside that. The one thing that he does excel at is size and being a little more physical,  I think we can all agree arsenal are tiny and technical and he adds a little diversity there.

he's above average, that's it.

Yall need a physical striker that can actually finish. Wenger should forget about his "my tiny, creative players can't be this cute" fetish and bring someone that'll intimidate oppositions defenses. In a way Man U needs that too, now that Van Persie is done and Rooney is now our poor mans Iniesta.

I didn't catch all of it cause I was busy enjoying Fiorentina jizzing all over spurs, but I caught everything after that and tbh, was a pretty even match.

Bilic seems like a pretty solid manager to me. Dude's players clearly respect him.

Great performance by Fiorentina btw. Lovely counters.

It's on  :bolo Final nail in Gomez coffin.

Some of these matchups will yield great games:

Wolfsburg vs. Inter
Sevilla vs. Villareal
Zenit vs. Torino

It'll also be interesting to see if Everton can go even further. They're the last dying hope for EPL to get something.

I was reading he may head to NYCFC and reunite with Villa. If so, that's a linkup that can cause some trouble, assuming they play into their ideal old european roles.

Also, gonna watch that Sporting KC vs. Red Bulls game on Sunday. Let's see how this Marsch guy does :hitler
