We can potentially kick City while they're down, but I foresee a tie for that one.

Yeah Burnley and Leicester are the two bottom of the table teams that I really enjoy watching. Both are fun sides to follow.

for the other top 4 teams, the recent City melt down is likely to backfire - for a start, Pella is gone gone gone.

And a few of the misfiring stars will likely get the boot as well. Once they have cash in, then i expect a whole load of big name signings - which, ironically, will possibly hurt United more than anything because if you are going to go live in Manchester , you might as well be getting paid utterly stupid money rather than the regular stupid money.

Anyways, onto real football :

Ipswich are giving me an ulcer. Back in the playoffs - and the top of the championship is an utter nightmare.

They know they're in for a clearout. How much they get for all these dudes is going to determine their next couple seasons. In all fairness,  who wants to pay top dollar for a Jesus Navas given his terrible play all season? Or a Dzeko who has one of the worst chance conversion rates in the league? Or their entire fraudulent back line? For someone who was called the 'best CB in the Premier League' Kompany commits damn near a goal scoring error a game.

even for Arsenal,  I wouldn't want my hands on any of these dudes except Silva, Aguero,  or Milner. The rest have been massively underperforming and don't look like they give a shit. Look at Yaya out there, basically has terrible games and makes up for it with one goal scoring strike.

:kobeyuck

At least someobody will pay for Yaya if reports are to be believed. But out of those 3 good players you mentioned, they won't sell Aguero or Silva and Milner is a available for free in the summer. So yeah, things are looking pretty dire for City. Better get those fake sponsorships ready.

idk i think city is in for some lean years as they reshape their team under FFP. they better pray their academy kicks out some ballers soon because they will need it.

i think its about to be manutd/arsenal season again. both squads are on the rise and financially stable. you know were going to flex our money and arsenal dont need many more pieces to win the title. europe is another beast that isnt on the cards for an EPL team for at least 2 seasons.

chelsea has some FFP concerns too i think but somehow they seem to get incredible fees for their players. it seems like my boy oscar coukd be the next man out of there.

Just need a good CB and we should be good defensively. We got Valencia/Clyne on the right and Shaw/Blind on the left. We're probably selling Rafael.

I'm already getting excited with the prospect of signing Depay, Hummels and Clyne right when the window opens.

Ipswich are in the final play off slot with 3 games to go - we are 3 points clear with +4 Goal diff.

We could be locked in for playoffs if next week goes to plan.

We have spent 10,000 quid on our team this year - let that sink in. We couldn't even sign one of Ronaldo's laces for a half on that sort of budget.

Klopp's basically saying "ah, it's not you (not being in the CL...), it's me". Must be gutting for Dortmund fans.

Klopp is leaving Dortmund.

Wow

Hummels is definitely on the way then. Gundogan too from the rumors. We should try and bag the Rolls Reus for the trifecta raid.

This year it looked like the season just whooped his ass emotionally. Ive never seen a scene like that game where Hummels and Weidenfeller had to address the fans. Klopp looked shook as fuck.

welp we got proper mourinho'd today

not the game you want rooney to be pulling the strings in midfield. doesn't have the quality in vision and passing to break a parked defense.
still falcao and rooney had 3 solid chances to get us a goal. i'd expect them to bury 1 of those.

on to what will probably be a tough game at everton. need them 3 points though.

Yeah, we did well out there today. Mourinho will win the league because he's consistent. If Arsenal, Liverpool and Man U played like they are now in the first half and Man City didn't fall off during the second half, it would be a closer race for the top spot. Mourinho has mastered how to play like a champion. Clinical, but effective nonetheless.

United had 71% possesion damn

But give it to Chelsea to defend well and don't give away too much. Still think United should have squeezed one or two in.

If United could get Lewy for next season they will do really well

Falcao is definitely leaving (he's been subpar plus his buyout clause is ridiculous), and I personally hope we sell RVP. I still don't think Lewi is possible, I'd be happy with Lacazette however.

i worry that Lacazette is too light to be the man up top in the EPL.
if Cavani wasn't already 28 i'd be all for getting him.
there's a number of guys out there that'd definitely put us over the top though.

Whenever I see Gibbs play I just notice how one footed the dude is. Makes it easier for players to mark him.

Walcott tho :leon didn't get a lot of playtime but from what I saw he showed some hunger and spirit.
