SMF -> vBulletin, Yay or nay?

I'm not sure if you guy's are used to it but the UI is a mess for me. There are ways to migrate to vB, something that I have done a couple of times. The license can be bought by a short donations list, it is $249. Donors can get some sort of gold accolade as supporters or something. What do you say?
