I'm baffled how you can think this is the "same" thing as having a wedding cake made. Logically it follows that if you provide wedding cakes, you sell them to people who are getting married. Not selling them to a gay or interracial couple would be discrimination.
No harm or discrimination is happening with this case. I'd imagine this bakery wouldn't create a "Allah is god, kill all infadels" cake either.
i meant that it's the same in intent, not that it's the same legally. and let's be real here, anyway: no power like the aclu or those lgbt interest groups would fight for this guy.
in regards to intent, homos and cheeseburgers are some of the most narcissistic people to walk the planet and require effusive amounts of validation to keep their egg-shell exteriors from cracking. i mean, how hard would it be to find a different wedding cake vendor? -- one that, say, doesn't follow a religion known for its negative views of homosexuality. it's plain-as-day they're bullies masquerading as a "marginalized" class.
now, one huge positive to islamification in western societies is that this problem may very well cease to exist.
