Yeah I went that link and came back. Dress was gold and white after looking at the pictures on that page and coming back to this thread. Scrolled down and scrolled back up. Black and Blue again.

For me its not like the normal magic eye stuff. Which btw I never could actually see. I missed out on that whole phenomenon.

Once its locked in for me its locked in. But if I go to Beezy's link and then come back my brain/eyes will flick between them a few times before settling on whatever it wants to see. When its blue it really looks blue. And when its white it really looks white. That's the best way to explain it, even though it doesn't make sense.

For me its not really an eye trick in the sense that you look more or less deeply. It's more a light switch going on or off in either direction. If you stare long enough sometimes the two blend and you elements of both but normally its one or the other.
