In Commiefornia we have a program called CalFile
Deluxe where the Franchise Tax Board will fill out a state income tax return for you using the information you supplied during registration (biographical information, essentially) and all the income and withholding information that was reported to the agency by reporting... agents. I doubt you'll get the most tax advantageous return using this, but the people we're talking about don't exactly tax plan in the first place.
